Pegasus Music

Simply a dynamic, cutting edge media production company with a house rock and roll band "Pegasus" (formerly "The Angel's Society") that has been continuously involved in the creation, production and recording of outstanding, positively oriented, mystic rock music and mixed media with a mission since it's conception in the world famous Orb Theater Commune, San Francisco in September of 1966. We are one of the original bands that emerged from the same counterculture (and edifice*) that also spawned such musical greats as Jefferson Airplane-Starship*, Big Brother & The Holding Company-Janis Joplin, The Grateful Dead and Quicksilver Messenger Service among many others

We live a mystical, spiritually oriented existence in which music and art are both sacrament and religion

We believe each person has the responsibility to do positive or "the right things" (as opposed to "the wrong things") at all those little crossroads they encounter moment by moment in their own life to help facilitate the manifestation of a more humane, kinder planet. If each of us takes responsibility individually (the only one any of us can truly control and is directly responsible for) instead of relying on "the government" or "the church" or "whatever excuse we use" to do it for us the world would be a vastly better place.

This philosophy is similar to Dianetics; the Church Of Scientology's professed (core) theory of the direct causal relationship that exists between how every (conscious and subconscious) thought and action tie in with their subsequent re-actions (particularly in relation to the human mind / body) and how that can dramatically affect our actual physical reality (health) although we do not specifically endorse any particular philosophical or religious dogma over another and are definitely not Scientologists; we believe the scope of this principle is much broader.

We also believe that humans, having been given dominion (according to most major religious teachings) have a cosmic responsibility to be kind and responsive to and live in concert with the planet which created us, the other creatures that inhabit her and the universe that surrounds her.
